Having helped grow multiple companies from $5m to >$30m in a few years has given me the rare opportunity to understand the complexities of hyper growth and how to build a successful organization.When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my beautiful wife and four little ones, camping, hunting, working out, reading or cooking!
