Blake Jones is a Sales Manager and Training at Robinhood Roofing Utah. Colleagues describe them as "While Blake worked for BYU’s Technology Transfer Office, I was his mentor Teaching Assistant. One instance I remember, which demonstrates Blake’s leadership and collaboration ability, began with Blake (in a group of mainly women) referencing an article about women’s voices in meetings. He then lead a group discussion about how himself and the other male team member could effectively listen to the women team members. This, to me, spoke volumes about how Blake is a humble leader who wants to see others succeed. Additionally, Blake’s team filmed and edited several videos. Blake too the challenge upon himself to learn software editing and spent hours through trial and error to create a streamlined process. I recognize that Blake will go above and beyond in any career capacity."
