Strategy Design and ImplementationEarly career roles in the public sector often blended responsibilities of strategy design and implementation, offering a unique opportunity to acutely understand and satisfy different stakeholder perspectives. In subsequent advising and management roles, I have been able to consult on strategy development that emphasizes the proper engagement of all relevant stakeholders—at multiple touch points—to cultivate buy-in and ensure practitioner fidelity from plan genesis to completion. Analysis/Insight Production & CommunicationEqually equipped with strong communication and quantitative skills, I have long been able to fluidly perform analysis, extract key insights, and communicate findings to people at every rung of the organizational ladder.
