My key responsibility is to make sure that CBM Technology's clients are receiving unmatched quality of service along with taking away the worries of IT and its complexity from business owners. My other roles includes managing a datacenter and numerous cloud services for over 5,000 users, ensure that over 15,000 devices are operating effectively while minimizing downtime, managing large projects and directing a team of extraordinary IT professionals.I am an expert in numerous technologies including, but not limited to - Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Multi-Site Server Clustering, Virtualization, IT Security, Data Center Management, Cloud Services, and Data Security.

I developed web sites and web applications in PHP, HTML, ASP.NET, C# while attending University of Louisiana @ Lafayette. Built up experience in Microsoft SQL and MySQL databases along with Linux, Apache and IIS.

While going to University of Louisiana @ Lafayette in Accounting, I started out at Service Chevrolet in new car detail. When I discovered that accounting was not for my, I changed my major to Management in Information Systems because i have a strong interest in both business and IT. Soon after changing my major, I was offered a IT Help Desk position where I worked with Windows 2000 Server and performed mass upgrade of workstations from Windows 98 to Windows 2000. Other duties included CAT5 cabling, managing the website and providing end user support.
