When I discovered that accounting was not for my, I changed my major to Management in Information Systems because i have a strong interest in both business and IT. Soon after changing my major, I was offered a IT Help Desk position where I worked with Windows 2000 Server and performed mass upgrade of workstations from Windows 98 to Windows 2000. Other duties included CAT5 cabling, managing the website and providing end user support.
