As a part of the underwriting team, I review prospective borrower’s financials to acquire or refinance a multi-family property. I review property information such as operating statements, rent rolls, appraisals, engineering reports, etc. for accuracy. Closed $394 million in multifamily loans from 2018 to 2020. Greystone complies with Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae guidelines throughout the application process. I work closely with the Transaction Managers and Underwriters in Greystone’s Memphis office. Preform site inspections on various loan applications early in the lending process. Greystone’s Memphis office utilizes Freddie Mac's Small Balance Loan program & Fannie Mae’s Small Loans program. These loan programs are for multi-family living spaces with at least 5 units, and with a loan amount up to $7,500,000 depending on the market. Greystone lends primarily in the country’s top and medium markets.

I was a co-head coach for the 7th Grade Boys Basketball team for the 2017-2018 season. St. George's Middle School basketball participates in the Shelby League which includes MUS, Briarcrest, St. Dominic, ECS, St. Louis, and Harding.

I was responsible for taking a loan application from its origination, until the closing. This includes communicating with the title, appraisal, and home owner's insurance companies. I work side by side with the Mortgage Loan Officers, Underwriting Specialists, and Closing Coordinators to get people's mortgages closed on time. Closed $100 million in single family mortgage loans annually. My daily responsibilities include managing a processing queue that has Triumph's Retail Loan Officers and Consumer Direct Loan Officers orders. This includes appraisal, title work, title company approval documents, and home owner's insurance. Follow up was also apart of my responsibilities. Data Verify entry, Vendor information screen, and other technical aspects of the Mortgage Bot system Triumph Mortgage used.

I was responsible for taking new mortgage loans from the moment they are created, until the day of closing. I work closely with the Mortgage Loan Officers/Originators on their loans. Communicate with borrowers, order verbal verification of employment, home owner's insurance, tax transcripts, and follow up on the title and taxes of any given property. Closed $100 million in single family mortgage loans annually. At any given time, I am working on fifteen to twenty mortgage applications. Organization, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines are critical to the success of Triumph Mortgage's operations staff.

I review residential mortgage applications including property owned, personal and business assets or ownership, appraisals, etc. My responsibilities also include reviewing credit reports for accuracy. My focus is residential conventional loans in the Memphis metro area. Closed $100 million in single family mortgage loans annually. I also look at loans through a Consumer Direct program at Triumph Bank. This allows potential borrowers all over the country to find Triumph through Google. The Washington D.C. area, primarily in Virginia, North Carolina, and the Kansas City, MO metro area have been targeted markets. Triumph focuses a great deal of their third party loans in Georgia and Alabama. Smaller community banks send their mortgage loans to us, and our underwriters, processors, and closers see the loan from beginning to end.

Younglife is a well established entity that began in 1941. Started in Texas, it provides a crossover from a school to spreading the Christian values. I was a volunteer leader at St. George's for three years. We were fortunate enough to be led by Joel and Camille Brantley. They are still serving the St. George's community everyday, and I am thankful to have been a part of it. I attended Sharptop Cove near Jasper, GA with the Memphis area high schools on MLK Weekend in 2015, 2016, and 2017. I have had cabins of freshman and sophomore boys in 2015, and junior boys in 2016 and 2017. We help lead club at a St. George's student's house. We also go to sporting events, and school related events to help build stronger relationships with the students and their families.

I was the Offensive Coordinator for the Middle School St. George's Independent School football team. There are two middle school teams comprised of 5th & 6th graders. The team that I coach has 7th & 8th graders on it. We try to prepare the kids on our team for JV and Varsity football in one or two years. In my first season as Offensive Coordinator, we finished 10-1 with wins over two separate MUS teams, St. Dominic, St. Louis, ECS, Lausanne, Briarcrest. Our only loss occurred to the Briarcrest 8th grade team 20-12. I worked with defense and special teams also. A three person coaching staff requires hands on teaching at all times. My primary focus was with the quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers on offense. On defense, I worked with the corner backs and safeties.

Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity's Kappa Tau chapter at the University of Tennessee has been a partner of philanthropic en-devours since its inception in 1984. A undergraduate brother sits on the board of the not for profit organization.

Managed a regional portfolio of customer accounts that presented potential losses to the company. Utilized many tools to mitigate losses to the company to ensure budget and delinquency targets are met on an individual basis and department as a whole.
