This designation was voted on by our peers based upon our integrity and our excellent customer service. -Within twelve months of becoming a leasing representative achieved a total new and renewal deal volume of approximately 100,000sf, including 13 new leases totaling more than 50,000 sf.-Top producing leasing representative in the central region based on total new lease square footage in Q1 of 2013. -Achieved the best occupancy gains in the entire company in the 3rd quarter of 2012 because of my leasing results in the Arizona market. -Started a national Generation "Y" task force with the assistance and guidance from the Senior Vice President of Operations and the Senior Vice President of People Services. This task force has been working hard to find the best ways to attract, engage, and retain younger workers within the company. I presented this task force at the annual officers meeting and at the annual property operations meeting and both presentations were extended by senior officers beyond the allotted time, due to the great conversations that were taking place about these highly relevant and under-discussed topics.
