On the front end side of things, I help customers learn about and use our tools to manage their finances, while managing requests ranging from balance inquiries, to pinpointing discrepancies and other issues. On the back end side, I communicate with other departments to handle and resolve customer disputes, identify and resolve systems bugs, assess risks and evaluate fraud claims according to government regulations, and identify and follow through with the correct channels for escalating customer issues. Through my work at Simple, I have greatly developed my customer service abilities as well as my familiarity with many different technologies and operating systems.
