I grew up in Golden Software. Starting out as an intern, my purpose was to serve others. I was eager to please and said “Yes” to any new endeavor asked of me, even if I had no idea how to do it (and there were a lot of things I didn’t know how to do!).This figure-it-out attitude led me to the role of General Manager where I oversaw daily operations and expanded my skills even more. Throughout this time, the founder of Golden Software, Pat Madison, saw in me someone who cared, who was humble (as humble as one can be in her mid-20s) and who was eager to keep the Golden Software legacy going.In October 2014, I officially took ownership of Golden Software and purchased the company.There have been plenty of mess-ups along the way, and I cringe when looking back on some of my early work and antics; however, through it all, my desire to help remained strong, and this desire to help has woven itself into the Golden Software culture we have today.At Golden Software, we are a customer-centric team that values excellence and collaboration. We strive to provide innovative solutions that exceed expectations and take pride in achieving exceptional results. Our culture emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement, making it an amazing experience to be part of this company.Today, my figure-it-out attitude is focused on WHO can do the job the best and less on HOW the job should be done.
