Former member of the H&H deal team. Sourced, diligenced, documented, and invested and in early-stage technology companies and entrepreneurs. Worked with entrepreneurship programs across New York, including serving as an I-Corps adjunct faculty member for the NYCRIN program. Once a start-up is funded, would often embed with the founding team or join the board to work across all aspects of company building, with a special focus on corporate positioning (story telling), intellectual property management, and team expansion. Worked with President and CFO to run quarterly valuations as part of H&H's public filing progress. This included modeling various exit scenarios and evaluating the general performance of the individual portfolio companies.

Human-on-a-chip platform technology for drug discovery, personalized medicine, and safety & toxicity testing. Led IP patenting efforts for core technology. Worked with founders to identify, improve, and commercialize technology platform, including taking lab prototype to manufacturing scale and industrializing internal software assets. Developed initial financial forecast and revenue model. (Board Director from 8/2014 to 3/2016)

Joined HZO as 7th employee as the Director of R&D. Built and managed teams that were responsible for Research & Development, Technical Business Development, Customer Solutions, and NPI by hiring top performing recent graduates, experienced scientists & engineers, and group leaders. Developed and managed process for Intellectual Property creation, filing over 60 patents in 10+ countries over the first 18 months of the program. Lead and managed client projects, including those for Fortune 500 companies.
