Managed the collection, maintenance, and quality improvement of client and service data and reporting for GMHC programs. Acted as key liaison between Programs and Information Systems (IS), and provided the coordination and information necessary for IS to perform data mapping and data extracts. Oversaw GMHC’s Quality Management Program and assisted program managers in designing and implementing quality improvement activities. In collaboration with program directors, I monitored program performance for multiple government contracts, and was responsible for the analysis of existing data, collection methods, and reports to ensure consistency, integrity and utility.
