A Certified Practising Valuer, Licensed Valuer in the State of Western Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Blake is highly regarded within the valuation industry and wider property profession. An experienced Expert Witness, regularly giving evidence at trial in Supreme and Family Courts of Western Australia. He has been engaged in a number of landmark cases which revolve around complex property matters in recent years. Specialising in high worth residential assets, Blakes professional diversity encompasses a wide range of assets including, commercial, industrial and rural assets. Blake also has extensive experience in undertaking and providing advice around land subdivision and built form development projects across Western Australia. Passionate about the valuation profession, Blake is actively engaged with the Australian Property Institute's Western Australian Division, having formally been a member of the API (WA) Divisional Council, former chair of the API (WA) Membership Committee and a current member of the API (WA) Professional Interview Panel. Blake regularly guest lectures at Curtin University for the Valuation & Property Development units and currently sits on the Curtin University Advisory Panel – School of Accounting, Economics & Finance which provides strategic director and advice to the University in current course curriculum, needs of the various professions, employers and wider industry.
