This is an iOS and Android app built on Xamarin that allows Sales Managers access to critical business data on their mobile phones that was not available prior to release of the app. Azure Cognitive Services are also implemented to find trends in customer's social media posts.- Architected and implemented Proof of Delivery Express application which allowed delivery drivers and customers to accept a delivery over SMS instead of signing carbonless copy paper invoices.- Developed Resort CRM application to allow sales reps to manage and share customer contact information with other reps. This is a Web, iOS and Android application built using SharePoint and Xamarin.- Developed Track My Truck mobile application - including ideation, business requirement collection, architecture, development, training and roll out. This is an application built using Xamarin and connected to external cloud applications to notify Merchandisers and Sales Reps when delivery trucks are estimated to arrive at customer locations.- Technical Solution Architect for brand new ecommerce web application built on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and connected to business data using Azure API Management- Built SMS text messaging application to send customers information about delivery estimates as well as touchless delivery confirmation. This app can also perform account lookup tasks for the customer based on messages received. This app was built using Xamarin, Azure and Twilio.- Built digital signage application to allow office managers to maintain the images on office HDTVs, replacing expensive and out of support hardware.
