About Blake Lough
Having been involved in the user experience industry since 2001 (before it was really a thing in New Zealand), I now run Purple Shirt with my good friend (and ex-client) Steve Alexander. As well as having responsibilities for the strategy and day-to-day running of the business, I still get involved in the delivery of UX projects particularly research...a couple of highlights being:* Immersive research for Auckland Airport's terminal redevelopment * VR testing of Jucy's new Snooze hostel* Design research for Air New Zealand's inflight entertainment programme* Passenger and crew testing of the seat and service design for Air New Zealand's long haul experience....and much, much moreSpecialties: Customer/ User Experience, user centred design, interaction design, facilitation of user tests/interviews/focus groups, information architecture, persona research & creation.
