I oversee compliance within our partnerships team and ensure all compliance and agreement expectations are being met. I assess risk levels with our partners and communicate that with our partnerships group along with external partners in understanding and applying all rules and regulations required. I use CRM software to organize assessments and reviews with our partnership base along with software that is designed to help us assess our compliance risk online. I help organize and review new creative for approval in our live transfer, online affiliate and lead generation channels. I am a key liaison between our legal team, campaign managers, and partners to communicate any and all industry regulation changes and am up to date on standard practices in our industry as well in marketing practices.

Oversee key partnerships and maintain highly proactive and productive relationships. Dependable for a great client and affiliate experience and making sure our products and services are meeting the needs of the market and our targeted consumers. Responsible for all forecasting, billing and projecting sales and revenue for the Financial Services affiliate program. Manage hundreds of affiliate partnerships at one time with the ability to implement new innovative projects and plans. Executed new product called Credit Ready to implement credit score tracking within our affiliate program.

Helped prepare for athletic press conferences for the University with the media including writing scripting and coordination of each event. Worked directly with outside sponsors and vendors of the University to carry out promotions before and during athletic events. I also created and implemented a historical statistics project for online searches of old game scores and stats.

I was a volleyball club coach for 4 seasons coaching girls from 13-16 years old. I was in charge of several camps as well with kids of all ages coordinating games and coaching. I would also travel to out of state tournaments and be responsible for 10+ girls on weekends. I would also hole parent meetings and coordinate travel itineraries.
