Further information: www.nokiantyres.com• Works as a strategic business partner with North American Management Team in developing a workforce of 600+ employees to meet business goals. Aspects include team structure, succession planning, talent development plans, hiring plans, and performance management.• Leads North American HR function which includes four direct reports• Partners with global HR colleagues on core functions in HR such as compensation, benefits, recruiting, payroll, training & development, and compliance. May perform specific tasks in these core functions, as needed.• Facilitates effective employee relations and coaching processes to promote a positive work environment.• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR Team to develop solutions, programs and recommend needed policies or policy edits. • Acts as key user for North American HRIS (Workday, ADP, etc.).• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.• Maintains needed knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.• Acts as a key liaison with the local community, the regional tire manufacturing industry, and HR networks
