Contributions include: Increased sales by $200,000 over previous year for all 4 specialty products by creating 5 separate websites that contained product-specific technical documents of interest to customers.Improved email responses 15% by creating mass emails that announced recent academic papers and included special offers for email recipients. Selected and maintained answers to geography-related questions for leading online search engine site, maintaining 1000s of website links related to geography and other topics. Tasked with expanding Geography category (only a few hundred geography-related questions existed at beginning of tenure). Expanded the Geography department 1000% over a 5-month period by selecting the most precise answers for listed questions and maintaining the validity of answers.Achieved 99.9% validity for all chosen pages in category by utilizing the company's internal platform to ensure relevant, satisfactory answers, finding replacements for removed pages.

Identified and documented bugs for award-winning applications of industry-leading educational software publisher. Ensured proper compatibility of games with a wide variety of PC configurations.Contributed to success of "Compton's Interactive Encyclopedia '96" that earned rave reviews, with zero major patches needed based on missed bugs. Assisted with content of philosophy section.

Completed QA testing activities for pioneering PC online multiplayer game network (hit titles included Duke Nukem, SimCity, WarCraft, and Command & Conquer). Tested compatibility between PC game and Windows-based client, documented bugs, and categorized user feedback during open beta of Windows client.
