• Responsible for technical recruiting including core front and back-end development, software QA, software architects, Salesforce developers & architects, data analytics, data science, project management, DevOps, etc.• Also became responsible for corporate-side roles including L&D design & leadership roles, compensation managers & analysts, procurement / SCM directors & specialists, corporate strategy analysts, executive / investor events manager, portfolio & area managers, marketing roles, etc.• Regularly used LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Indeed, and AssureHire.
