Longer term: Planning the plate spinning, with a strong dose of flexibility. Resource management to plan workforce balance and utilization across projects, and client contractual requirements. Collaboration with account and strategy teams to develop future client business.

Oversight of the development and implementation of strategic campaigns for issue advocacy and political clients, including tax and healthcare advocacy groups as well as U.S. Senate and House campaigns.

Client management and strategic communications planning for 6 U.S. House of Representatives campaigns in the 2008 election cycle. Additional responsibility to advise junior managers in roles managing state house and senate clients across 11 states.As a project of Flat Creek, I was a part of the team creating RootsHQ, an integrated campaign management suite, providing one point of digital campaign management. RootsHQ offers a cost effective, centralized solution for grassroots and political campaigns to manage digital presence, email marketing, and fundraising.
