- Responsible for all brand aspects of RMU Breckenridge, including all retail operations, budgeting, service shop, buying, marketing, events, scheduling, and ensuring overall success of the brand as it relates to the Breckenridge location- Responsible/accountable for all day to day retail and service operations, shop development, and program implementation

While working with HQ, I have been instrumental in turning HQ retail & gear stores from a initial concept, into multiple store locations, including designing individual merchandising solutions based on the individual store demographics, building out integrated POS systems and inventory management, stock management, purchasing, and overseeing multiple retail and rental fulfillment locations- Head buyer for multiple retail locations across multiple regional demographics with differentiating needs between locations- Responsible for company-wide retail reporting and purchasing, including writing P&L assessments, retail forecasting for multiple new retail concept with no relevant retail history, regular retail sales reporting, managing inventory control and profit assessments - Train HQ team members on brand standards, fulfillment and retail processes, including ski binding certifications, backcountry equipment setup, bike tuning and rental needs, etc.
