Led the Apache team in the development and integration of the most significant software & hardware upgrade to the AH-64E Apache helicopter since V6, overseeing a program with direct impact to the Army’s aviation modernization efforts. Managed all aspects of program execution, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and performance objectives, through concentrated coordination across 13 Integrated Product Teams & 26+ stakeholders, including military, government, and industry partners.

Assistant Product Manager(APM): Assist and represent the Apache International Product Director and Apache Project Manager in directing, monitoring, and controlling all International efforts to include Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and all Cooperative Programs supporting international customers programs within assigned geographical region. Provide over-site for various International Apache (IA) programs, Program Integrators (PIs) and additional Project Management support for the International Apache (IA) Project Office. Principal contact responsible for coordination with senior international government and military leaders, multiple industry partners, and US Security Assistance organizations for current and future Apache Foreign Military Sales. Advises foreign military leadership in their region on their respective AH-64 programs across the entire lifecycle. Maintain interface between contracting, technical, logistics and programmatic functions to achieve synchronization of system integration and support. Critical to planning, budgeting, sequencing, and integrating foreign capability requirements into the Apache Common Configuration AH-64 that leverages international funding for spiraling technology insertions benefiting both US Army and FMS customers.

FA51 IQC (Intermediate Qualification Course) - develops Acquisition Leaders capable of leading and managing any acquisition organization at the LTC/GS-14-level and develops a pool of future senior officer’s and civilians trained in innovative leadership & acquisition topics.

Hired as a Program Integrator (PI) for assigned DoD Major Defense Acquisition Program(s). Leads and coordinates a Program Support Team (PST) comprised of professionals from various functional areas (Contracting, Quality Assurance, Earned Value Management, Engineering, Procurement, Industrial). Performs as the primary representative to the procuring customer (i.e. Service Acquisition Executives, Program Executive Office, Program Manager) and the contractor. Integrates all aspects of contract administration through independent cost, schedule, and technical performance assessment and forecasting.

Hired to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of assigned test projects in support of the system Program Manager. Responsible for designing, planning, coordinating, resourcing, executing, and reporting operational test events during the Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDTE) phase of system acquisition in support of the decision-making process at the Department of the Army (DA) and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) level.

Army Acquisition Program Management & Contracting training & education:Graduate-level course designed to provide a broad spectrum of knowledge pertaining to the materiel acquisition process and contracting. It covers legal and regulatory policies and objectives that shape the acquisition process, the application of contracting principles, and the implementation of these policies and objectives by the U.S. Army. Areas of coverage include: program & project management, systems engineering, and information technology. Further, this course emphasizes Army-unique system acquisition procedures, organizations, and Army doctrine throughout its curriculum. The foundation for all course material is based primarily on Department of Defense Instruction 5000.02, Operation of the Defense Acquisition System (DODI 5000.02), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (Parts 1-53) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).

Selected as the senior manager/leader of a company comprising 178 personnel and over $27 million of organizational property. Directly responsible for the discipline, training, administrative support, well-being, professional development, and operational readiness of assigned personnel. Plans, directs, and supervises the logistics operations encompassing all supply distribution activities including storage, transportation, and maintenance.

Selected as the senior manager/leader of a company comprising 121 personnel and over $16 million of organizational property. Directly responsible for the discipline, training, administrative support, well-being, professional development, and operational readiness of assigned personnel. Served as the senior logistician of an organization (Task Force/Battalion) comprising over 800 personnel and well over $500 million worth of equipment/resources; responsible for planning, directing, and supervising all logistics operations (less medical) supporting internal and external customer organizations.

Selected as the senior maintenance manager responsible for overseeing the maintenance program of an organization (brigade) comprising over 3,000 personnel and well over $500 million worth of vehicles and equipment. Responsible for ensuring policy and regulatory compliance of subordinate organization maintenance programs; identifies and resolves maintenance and repair parts issues; monitors and analyzes maintenance trends and interfaces directly with all levels of repair; provides guidance and assistance to all subordinate organizations to correct problems in order to ensure timely repair parts requisition and receipt.

LOG- C3 provides company grade officers n advanced education focused on staff officer planning, company command, multifunctional logistics at the tactical and operational levels, and exposure to Unified Action Partners (UAP). Students learn to identify and define logistics functions; manage logistics for large-scale activities; and plan the phases of a military organization with an emphasis on applying leadership, personnel, training, communication, and administrative skills.

Promoted to be the Logistics Program Manager over the internal logistical support for an organization comprising over 1,200 personnel and over $65 million worth of vehicles and equipment. Responsible for ensuring policy and regulatory compliance. Manages the acquisition and distribution of all classes of supply. Provides oversight and guidance to subordinate company supply management leadership. Coordinates local transportation and construction projects. Supervises all organizational financial liability investigations and reporting requirements. Serves as the approving authority responsible for the oversight and management of the organizations annual spending budget of $2.5 million.

Officers working in this AOC manage Ordnance Soldiers and the Army maintenance process that ensures weapon systems are operational, ready, and available. Officers are responsible for integrated maintenance support of Army conventional weapon systems, small arms, artillery, fire control equipment, missile systems and their associated ground support equipment; electronics; track and wheel vehicles; and engineer and power generation equipment. Maintenance functions include metalworking, fabrication, welding, inspection, test, service, calibration, repair, overhaul, and reclamation. Officers must develop a comprehensive knowledge of maintenance management techniques and integrated logistics support. Officers must be technically competent in production control and quality assurance techniques. The technical sophistication of today's Army weapon systems; the high dollar cost of production, fielding and maintaining; and their tactical importance require officers with the highest managerial and leadership skills. Officers also participate in the management of the Army's munitions inventory. These officers lead, manage, plan, and direct ammunition supply, storage, transportation, maintenance, surveillance, inspection, stock control, safety, and security, including maintenance of associated test and handling equipment. The increasing technical sophistication of the various munitions in the Army's inventory, along with the rapid expenditures of ammunition across the force, requires officers to be closely involved in managing the precious ammunition commodity that the Army uses and trusts these officers to provide for the fight.
