Blake is responsible for formalizing Steel Peak's investment strategy, scaling the operating platform, and leading acquisitions efforts to aggregate a portfolio of industrial outdoor storage assets throughout the Western U.S.Blake joins Steel Peak from JLL as an Industrial Broker, where he represented Corporate Tenants and Institutional Investors in the acquisition, leasing and sale of industrial properties with a specialization in the Industrial Outdoor Storage asset class. Blake Co-Led JLL’s Industrial Service Facilities Practice and was a member of the Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions Group. While at JLL, Blake closed over 20 IOS transactions and was highly regarded as one of the most active IOS brokers in the San Diego market.Steel Peak is a Southern California based real estate investment firm that specializes in providing real estate solutions for heavy industrial businesses in major markets throughout the Western U.S. Steel Peak’s relationship-driven investment strategy focuses on sourcing hidden opportunities that create value for its tenants and investors.
