Responsible for the leadership, direction and management of the AIME mentoring program across NSW, QLD and WA. I was responsible for the leadership of a team of twenty-five, to deliver the AIME program across eleven university sites. Across the university sites my team presented in front of over 20,000 university students and had around 1,500 university students and 1,500 Indigenous high school students as part of AIME’s unique mentoring program.

The role was the operational link between the Program Managers and the Program Operations Director, responsible to lead and support 3 program sites for the successful delivery of the AIME program. The focus was on the morale and development of Program Mangers to ensure excellence in the operational development of the AIME Program on the ground. The role was designed to be able to slot in to support program managers on the ground, and to work closely with key program stakeholders.
