Responsibilities included:- Preparing, cooking and serving continental and hot breakfasts, a freshly baked afternoon tea and a 3-course evening meal 6 days a week.- Daily cleaning of rooms and bathrooms and weekly deep cleaning of the entire chalet. - Managing, ordering and rotating fresh stock, dry items and cleaning supplies.- Hosting guests in the chalet, providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere and passing on tips and local knowledge to enable the guests to have the best experience possible.- Setting up and cleaning down the chalets at the start and (abrupt) end to the season; taking inventories, noting damages, deep cleaning etc.Unfortunately, this role ended prematurely due to the COVID pandemic.
