I managed a portfolio consisting of 47 relationships with $5,000,000+ in outstanding loans. I also averaged 20+ prospecting calls per week in an attempt to gain new business. My role at AT&T was to develop and implement strategies to achieve objectives and maximize results of the call center. I also observed and administered disciplinary actions and provided effective coaching, while being involved in managerial conference calls regarding customer service efficiency and productivity.One of my successes was designing, developing and launching a successful employee recognition program.
