I worked as a Human Resource Intern and as Tour Guide for zip lining where I lead by example; working and encouraging teamwork as well as providing excellent customer service. My time as an intern for Lancaster City Schools gave me experience with screening, onboarding, professionalism, and applicant tracking systems. Being a Tour Guide enhanced my interpersonal skills and has gained my confidence in public speaking. As a student, I have been given many project assignments where I was heavily involved in the process and presentation. With the multiple priorities as a business student, I have developed my organizational skills and learned how to prioritize my projects and deadlines.
