VIVA's mission is to create an inclusive financial system through affordable access to capital for working Americans. I contribute to the VIVA mission by leading the Underwriting department and Customer Service team that make up our Operations division as well as our revenue team through digital ad creative and budget management. I enjoy getting to work with a lot of different teams in my day-to-day. My servant leadership style, systems-based approach, and operational vision have played an integral position in our team achieving some stellar results in our rapid growth startup environment.

- Supervision and scheduling of the Operational Analyst team- Developed a comprehensive multi-week training system used to scale the team

Director a multifaceted program involving 14 ensembles/teams along with a variety of stakeholders in the administration and community. Responsible for management, vision casting, staffing, teaching, 501c3 oversight, logistics, and general operations on all projects.
