Responsible for leading and developing all sales related tasks throughout the 34 countries of Canada and Latin America. Developed and deployed new growth and go-to-market strategies, assure readiness to launch several new products, developing and managing a team to attain sales goals, and working with direct dealers/partners and distributors.Responsible for restructuring sales for the Business Developement Managers, Accounts Managers, and Sales Engineers in Canada to support a reduced number of territories.Managed our largest Canadian account, and was responsible for initial write-ups and ROI look that led to an acquisition. Successfully helped combine the Canadian sales teams to collaborate and deliver on a growth plan.

Responsible for all sales related tasks throughout 18 US states and 4 Canadian Provinces, including growing and managing a team of 7 sales professionals to attain goals and collaborate as a team.

Promoted to managing the custom AV sales and installation division responsible for sales, training & managing a small team of installers, and project management for the Fort Wayne location and assisting the other 8 locations as needed in the greater Indianapolis and Cincinnati areas. Attended trade shows to look at new potential product offerings, and delivering updates from currently offer manufacturers back to the business.Attained Control4 Installer Certification in Salt Lake City, UT in May of 2005 which led to relationships that resulted in an offer to work there 2 years later.

Assisted with wiring, configuring, and opening a new 20,000 sq ft commercial custom audio & video showroom in Fort Wayne, IN. Responsible for driving sales and design services for home, commercial, and car audio & video sales.
