Brought in as a subject matter expert and one of the founding members of the remote medical scribe healthcare division as the founding recruiter when there was only 6 of us in the division . We were originally a division of M*Modal. We are now a 1300+ strong division. I setup and built the scribe recruiting division recruiting infrastructure, candidate marketing/outreach solutions, created the recruiting performance/metrics reporting, and happily assist my fellow recruiters through sharing my knowledge and experience in recruiting during 1 on 1s and team meetings. I have regularly collaborated with the operations and training divisions through weekly division meetings providing operational updates, recommendations, and talking points for the recruiting division. Brought in as an entry level recruiter when the company only had 300 scribes and 25 corporate employees. I had the pleasure to become an integral part of the recruiting divisions journey of expansion to 5,000+ medical scribes nationally and watch the corporate office reach 200 corporate employees. In my time with PhyAssist, I recruited for onsite scribe facilities for over half the country. Developed grass root marketing campaigns for passive candidate marketing with colleges nationally. I became the go to recruiter to fix broken critical recruiting markets and to develop new recruiting markets for new programs. I was selected to be the project manager for the recruiting division when the company overhauled their HCM/ATS.
