After doing so, the platform did not work properly and it was necessary to change the whole configuration to remove the initial HA. This was done very fast. Once the primary servers were able to perform properly, he recovered the entire solution and propose improvements to the customer. Not only he was able to do this, but also to deal with the customer and spent time teaching the whole team while performing the activity. In other words, it was an excellent opportunity to learn from someone like him. I have only been able to work with him 6 months but it has been always great! Finally, he is a very easy going person and very patient. He is always concerned about how people are and you can call him anytime and he will listen you! I am not able to think any reason why I would not recommend him for any position. I would certainly trust him on anything inside and outside work.
