Plan the annual budget, real-time budget to actual tracking, budget resources, manage registrations, and provide logistical planning for three seasons of youth lacrosse, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization.Plan agenda for and lead monthly board meetings to report on progress and delegate work to our team of 12 board members.Design and help implement strategic marketing plan to our membership of over 1100 members including social media campaign, billboard advertising, e-mail campaigns, and road signage.Provide graphic design for marketing campaigns and creative direction for Franklin Outdoor Media billboards and signage.Develop a community strategic plan and create alliances across the geographic area to grow the sport of lacrosse in Elk River to bring lacrosse experiences to youth players in our region including the cities of Elk River, Zimmerman, Big Lake, and Ramsey.Team up with the ISD 728 school district and the city of Elk River to allocate community resources including practice fields, meeting rooms and other resources for the use of our membership.Work with the city on projects that will enhance the lacrosse experience for our members.Work with fundraising coordinator to develop a sales plan to offer opportunities to businesses.Solicit support from local and regional businesses to gain sponsorship funding and resources to support the youth organization.

Launch and manage registration for three seasons of Elk River Youth Lacrosse: Spring/Summer field lacrosse; Fall field lacrosse and Winter box lacrosse.Manage all scheduling activities for Elk River Youth Lacrosse including annual events including the open house, coach and manager meetings, and annual picnic. Coordinate the game and practice field schedule with ISD 728 school district as well as the city of Elk River.Help plan and execute our communications and marketing strategy to grow our registration numbers and increase participation in Elk River Youth Lacrosse membership.Work with twelve board members on any registration and scheduling needs during the three seasons of our program.

Planning, developing, and implementing new applications for the sales team at all three divisions of Stein Industries.Consistently research best practices and new cost-saving solutions for projects and internal business processes.Lead Business Analyst/Designer on both Carlson JPM and E-Switch E-Commerce websites.Quality Assurance manager for both website creation projects, the new websites increased web traffic and sales by over 50 percent in first full year of production.Implemented Project Management skill set throughout the course of the projects.Designed, developed, and implemented E-Switch Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system and brought four largest E-Switch distributors on-board new system.New distributor system saved Customer Service hundreds of hours annually and improved order and invoice accuracy.
