Senior Business Systems Consultant, title change to Senior Product Designer, supporting Commercial Banking line of Business, specifically the Relationship Pricer internal application with a focus on Credit products.

IT Project Manager for the internally developed SCORE application focused on class action claims adjudication across various lines of Business within Computershare. Supporting the build out of this application through successful delivery of the MVP (Minimally Viable Product). Eventually, SCORE will replace 4 separate legacy systems and be used by Computershare employees for managing Consumer & Securities Class Action litigation cases across North America, The European Union, and Australia.Also, helped rollout the adoption of Agile-Scrum Software Development methodology on the team and achieved CSM & A-CSM certifications during my tenure as PM & Scrum Master for the project.

Lead Business Analyst supporting various internally developed and vendor supported applications that Computershare Technology Services supports. Primary focus is on the applications supporting Class Action Consumer & Securities Litigation under the Computershare umbrella.

Business Systems Consultant on the Enterprise Risk Management Technology team. My role consisted of supporting three specific applications: Evaluating and Analyzing Regulatory Legislation (EARL), Legal Access Management (LAM), and BOGART. I support these applications in terms of changes, enhancements, and their impending migration to the Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Charlotte Russe and its subsidiary Lemonpop are American clothing companies operating nationwide in the United States and parts of Canada. I worked out of the Charlotte Russe technology headquarters in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA. During my time at Charlotte Russe, they were in the process of implementing a new online E-Commerce platform as well as integrating a new Order Management System known as "OMS Sterling" to service their Distribution Centers. Also, related to this effort, Charlotte Russe was in the process of phasing out one of their Distribution Centers in favor of a new one to better service the linkage with OMS Sterling. Our team worked closely to elicit requirements, test, and service the linkage between OMS Sterling and PFSweb (the new Distribution Center). Our team tracked developed requirements, change requests, test plans, and executed those tests to ensure that the linkage would function as expected moving forward. Responsibilities: ● Translation of OMS to Distribution Center system requirements into an actionable test plan facilitating integration testing of the OMS Sterling to PFSweb linkage for order fulfillment● Writing and executing manual test scripts and supported QA testing efforts related to the OMS-PFSweb linkage and their interactions with other ancillary applications● Supported Demandware, OMS Sterling, PFSweb, and coordinated all their various testing and production environments for new development change requests, data analysis, testing, etc.● Accessing FTP servers, running reports, tracking XML file input/output in QA, and executing jobs to export relevant order details from OMS to the Distribution Center. This allowed for order fulfillment to take place in a timely manner

I work as a Buiness Analyst with UBM as a part of the Engagements and Insights team. I focus on data standardization, data analysis, and data enrichment efforts designed to help UBM's targeted marketing efforts and further the Business Intelligence vision of UBM.

I work as a Business Systems Consultant for iHub Production Support team of Wells Fargo. iHub is a central data distribution point under the Wholesale Information Services branch of Wells Fargo. Our small team manages and integrates new data and/or changes to the existing data-set that is in iHub. This data is normalized and made available for downstream user consumption and usage related to everyday activities such as regulatory reporting.

I worked with a small team implementing an enterprise data warehouse and reporting solution for Rabobank's subsidiary company, RaboAgrifinance. The data warehouse project team sat in Roseville, but RaboAgrifinance is based out of the St. Louis, MO area.

I worked as an IT Analyst in support of various reporting architectures within Centene's core business model. I also worked with different teams to gather requirements and map business processes for a comprehensive claims management system.

I worked as a Business Analyst intern and technical writer within the Manuals and Publications department at MasterCard's location in O'Fallon, MO. I worked closely with various M&P contacts to map and improve processes for the Manuals and Publications billing interface. I worked to ensure that this interface was ready to migrate to the new web platform going live in May 2012. I left this position for personal reasons, further explanation available upon request.
