Sr. Software QA Tester that worked across both Development and Project Management teams in Agile environment responsible for testing of all aspects of the Enterprise Business Portal (aka My Business) website. The website is to ensure that the customer can manage their business accounts with Verizon Wireless.• Release schedules in a cycle of 6-8 weeks, 11 monthly maintenance releases per calendar year, as well as any emergency hotfixes. • Release Management duties include alignment for UAT, communications and cross-team coordination on deployment day/post release. • Managed cross-functional and multiple interfacing teams across the Verizon infrastructure for releases. Coordination begins prior to and continues past release schedules and includes releases in their environments/systems in addition with those in my responsibility.

Short term contract to assist in the final testing and launch of the original Kindle Fire table/reader, for the Internalization test team. • Creation of test cases, and testing the base applications across multiple languages which included English, Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Japanese, Korean, German and Portuguese, and involved deploying the daily build to the individual devices, via the ADB utility, troubleshooting issues, working closely with Dev, PM, leading the contract test team, and being the primary point of contact between the contracted test team and Amazon test management team.• Mentoring the junior testers, helping them to develop an efficient testing methodology, and approach to testing the localization on the device.
