Small business my staff consist of 3 people and my self whom I manage in the season I had 4 team members whom are mostly students ranging from high school and college age. I make their schedules and retrained them to maintain our restaurant up to code. I do all the promoting , marketing , editing and publishing . Event planning and Recruitment or Termination. New menu , Power point and presentation . I truly enjoy what I do would love to see this business successful .

Ruby Tuesday is a laid back classy restaurant with a dedicated guest base who are enjoyable and faithful to the bar who make the bartender look fabulous . I worked as a host which was rewarding the host stand was close to the bar and it was then I aspired to be a bartender ! In this restaurant I walked guest to tables was responsible for calling to the kitchen the guest count so we may keep up with service . We sat our servers based on their abilities !
