Job Responsibilities-Ensuring all cases are intervened as per Protocols laid by Childline India Foundation -Ensuring regular and systematic Documentation of all Childline activities -To Guide and train team responding effectively to calls and case interventions and identify training needs of the team -Organizing team building sessions, Manage and resolve the team dynamics, undertake capacity building of the team, address issues faced by the team related to work. -Organizing weekly meetings with ChildLine team -Maintaining and supervising all expenditure related to the collaborating organization.-Overseeing the administration of the team in terms of attendance/leave and in terms of financial matters.-To Liaise with the City Coordinator for Open house and awareness programs, sensitizations and Training workshops -Submiting monthly reports to City Coordinator.-Presenting ChildLine cases at various internal and external forums.-Coordinating with CIF for all routine and strategic operational processes/ initiatives in the region.-Attending all partnership meeting organized by CIF.-any other task that may require Attention or intervention.
