As vertical prime and release manager for Nortel Networks Canada, I was responsible for working with the design and test teams to scope, schedule and develop all aspects of the deliverable in order to provide the best design response that would meet or exceed the customers’ requirements. I was also responsible for managing requirements changes through lines of communication with the PLM, with the intention of resolving discrepancies, taking action on issues of non-compliance and tracking deliverable, release milestones and decisions regarding requirements management and change control, as well as planning and managing the release and the team through the full development life cycle.I am highly motivated, a strong team player and have a passion for developing others.
