DTE BioMass 2012 to May 2013Project Manager – FSE Energy, Covington Louisiana. Project consists of Installation of New Bio Mass Solid Fuel Boiler and Balance of Plant equipment and systems with Major Back End Emissions Systems. New Boiler will produce 430K pph steam. This Bark Fired Boiler has a design pressure at 1700psi. Project Location is in Stockton California. The Client “DTE” has a Project Labor agreement in Place with Local Unions. FSE/UC is executing the labor portion of the project with direct hire Union Labor force. Responsibilities include negotiations with Labor Unions Business Agents and executing the project labor force effectively within each Locals Unions Master Labor Agreements. Maintaining Project Schedule and Budgets. Staffing a Site management team. Major works and equipment include Boiler steel erection, Membrane Water Wall Assemblies and erection, vibrating stoker, OFA, and UFA systems, Economizer and Dust Collector, Air Heater, Precipitator, SCR and Wet Stack Scrubber.
