Working with a Floor plan and multiple buyers and Auto Auctions throughout the United States, including Canada. Preparing of tax, reports, purchases, deposits, and weekly payroll. Responsible for overseeing multiple non- profit programs, with 45 plus employees to include the Meals on Wheels home delivery program with a fully operational Kitchen serving 800 meals daily, Para-Transit Transportation and a door to door Senior Wheels program , Community Outreach, Volunteer Services, Congregate Dinning, Nutritional Counseling and Education, Adult Day Care Services, Telephone Reassurance, Caregiver Support groups , and the Food Bank of Manatee. Actively participated in grant writing, strategic planning, budgets, monitoring and audits, Utilized multiple software programs to include: all Microsoft office products, Senior Express, R2K, Volunteer Serve, Time Guardian, and Nutritional Pro.

Work locations include Bradenton, Sarasota and Lakeland. Responsible for Hire, Train, Develop, and Motivate 54 hourly personnel. Control and utilize manpower through Planning, Organizing and Scheduling to minimize loss of time, working within capital and operating expense budgets. Promote Customer Service and Sales involvement. Lend personal support to the sales effort within the area, maintaining direct interface with the local sales organization and top accounts. Ensure all station personnel are directed and supervised within Corporate Personnel polices and procedures. Monitor daily performance reports, provide maximum service to our customers while maintaining a cost effective station operation. Provide station personnel with information regarding benefits, wage and salary policies

Schedule, develop and motivate 20 employees. Schedule, plan, organize and direct the Inventory Control and the Audit of 52 locations.
