• Review client’s W9, W8BEN, W8ECI, E-W8 and online activation tax documents for completeness and IRS regulatory compliance through MD3 and MD4 verification tools.
• Process daily and weekly IRS tax withholding payments and reconcile associated general ledgers for domestic clients, Individual Retirement Accounts, and Non Resident Aliens.
• Process daily, weekly, and monthly state withholding payments to state revenue services and reconcile associated general ledgers.
• Process reconciliations and corrections to client’s year-end 1099, 945, and 1042 withholding reports and create new tax forms for clients to be sent out in weekly batch mailings.
• Revamped separate daily account correction and W8 and W9 processing quality control into one concise process. This decreased incorrect processing by over 10%.
