On our family trips my dad was always dead set on going to museum after museum. Our itineraries usually included little time for leisurely strolling through the cities we visited. The rest of my family followed happily while a younger me put up a fight. The exciting part of traveling for me was seeing the different cultures. What were people wearing? What was the food like? What were the art vendors selling? I loved to walk around and see all the things that were so different from my home. It was always inspiring, and as a little girl, I would be in awe at all the amazing differences in what people experienced going on about their day. Experiences like that inspire me to work in public relations. Public relations gives me a chance to get to know and understand more people and hear their stories. I want my job to allow me to immerse myself in the creative world of fashion, art and lifestyle. The thought of being able to meet all of these talented and creative people with backgrounds from all over the world makes me excited to step into the world of PR. I hope that I can share my story while hearing others as well in a collaborative work environment. I want to push the boundaries of creativity and design unique and inspiring campaigns and events.
