• Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of marketing promotional programs.• Planning and executing local and regional conferences, trade shows, and customer events, incentive trips and internal trainings or meetings. Support sales team with local customer meetings and field events. Track attendance and facilitate proper follow-up of events.• Managing orders for gifts and promotional materials, event tools, coordinating timely delivery of items, and managing marketing materials and ensuring appropriate tracking and storage.• Preparation and administration of marketing contracts, processing documentations, editing statements, providing reports by reviewing terms and conditions and ensuring compliance with company policies.• Invoice handling and processing related to marketing programs and events, track expenses and provide monitoring and controlling the marketing budget.
