Hired into one of the newest roles at ADP, that is designed to give valuable time back to the Inside Sales Managers. Assisting in a wide array of tasks, such as order submission and account profiling.Responsibilities:- Manage backlog items to secure business- Identify areas for current and prospective clients to save money- Assisting clients in reaching their full potential by offering strong Human Capital Management tools

Developed and implemented certain processes to ensure the proper care of nearly 500 clients. Calculated appropriate contact points to ensure customer satisfaction. Used a tool to track and monitor personal sales opportunities, deals in progress, as well as finished contracts. Having a team-first mentality is rare in the car business. This led to being handed the responsibility of training new hires. This ensured success to not only other team members, but the dealership as a whole.
