She is also a practitioner of Positive Intelligence mental fitness and mindfulness and a qualified mental health advocate and first aider. She has twenty years of experience supporting individuals in the arts realise their vision and achieve their potential. Having managed some of the world’s best-known artists, and curated exhibitions with international museums and galleries she’s seen how creatives benefit hugely from a positive partnership and that this support can be hard to find. She understands the pressures of the competitive commercial art world and brings to coaching a deep knowledge of the challenges faced by individuals working in organisations with high pressure and results-driven cultures, and entrepreneurial environments where motivation, confidence, self-doubt and focus can be issues.
