Responsible for the human resource activities for five facilities in the Wausau area, recently consolidated into a new, modernized manufacturing facility. Lead the design and development of this 300,000 square foot manufacturing center and 70,000 square foot office building.Provided leadership in the areas of employee relations, safety, recruiting/staffing, benefits and organizational design and development for a workforce of 525.

Responsible for the human resource activities at 14 facilities nation-wide. Provided consulting services to general managers on performance management, staff development, employee relations, succession planning, staffing and regulatory compliance. Conducted training in areas of leadership development and harassment in the workplace.

Responsible for labor and employee relations, safety, recruitment and staffing, organizational design and development, and employee health and security for this state of the art tire manufacturing facility in Warren County, TN.

Responsible for the start-up of training and development function. Implemented leadership development program for all managers and supervisors and established on-site employee development center utilizing a cross-functional team to ensure buy-in and success.As part of my own development plan, assumed responsibility for the supervision of the Specialty Lock Factory on second shift, including production scheduling, inventory management and process improvement.
