Responsible for the human resource activities for five facilities in the Wausau area, recently consolidated into a new, modernized manufacturing facility. Lead the design and development of this 300,000 square foot manufacturing center and 70,000 square foot office building.Provided leadership in the areas of employee relations, safety.

Responsible for the human resource activities at 14 facilities nation-wide. Provided consulting services to general managers on performance management, staff development, employee relations, succession planning, staffing and regulatory compliance. Conducted training in areas of leadership development and harassment in the workplace.

Responsible for labor and employee relations, safety, recruitment and staffing, organizational design and development, and employee health and security for this state of the art tire manufacturing facility in Warren County, TN.
