About Blase Haynes

After finishing my college journey from Kettering University in December 2023 in Germany (I studied abroad with my 10 best friends for my final semester, oh the stories…), I wasn’t sure where to aim my determination and passion for growth and success. Through Kettering’s co-op program, I had tried many roles in the business world from Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Project Management, and anything else I was able to try at both small and large corporations. The only logical step was to pivot from all of my experience I worked so hard to attain, and throw myself into a completely new business landscape again, right?! For me, being in a sales role not only is a fun new challenge, it aligns with who I am and my career goals. As an extroverted, energetic person who can talk your ear off, or listen your mouth off, I LOVE human interaction and meeting new people. My work ethic being correlated to my paycheck was something that also intrigued me, because what hard working over achiever wouldn’t want that correlation?I am currently an SDR at LiveAction, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m on a team that teaches me the ins and outs of high tech sales every day and supports my growth mindset to formulate the skills to become an AE, while ensuring I have all the resources at my disposal to meet and exceed my Stage 1 meetings quota in this entry level position. As I progress through my career in high tech sales, I’ll only be focused on daily improvements, to eventually become the best salesman I can be.
