Provide Circle of Security and Positive Indian parenting classes and skill-building to parents. I have been working with parents continuously since I started. Provide skill-building to children and youth including expressive arts, story-telling, and outdoor experiential activities to increase self-esteem, anger management, and stress reduction. Provide outreach and prevention services including flyers, social media, talks, and networking with collateral staff and agencies in the area.

Management of intake information, attendance data, CASAS testing/compliance, and set up of online ESL courses. As a result of my efforts to streamline and computerize systems to ensure accurate demographic and testing data, the college has moved from 24th in the state to 1st in the state in average Student Achievement Initiative points. I coordinate my work with the Associate Dean of Transition Studies, the department secretary, Adult Basic Education and ESL navigators, and student assistants. I work with the State of Washington Basic Education staff to ensure demographic, attendance, and testing data is received accurately. Coordinating with CASAS Tech Support, SPSCC IT staff, and the Assessment Center I ensure students take the correct pre- and post-tests, testing sessions are set up correctly, scores are accurate and tests scores are accurately transmitted to the State Board. I have found innovative ways to use data management to reduce paperwork and analyze program performance. Instructors have found my creative and interactive program reports to be informative and insightful. I have created Excel Workbooks for instructors to use in completing face to face and online attendance. I have reduced the number of filing cabinets from 10 to 2!
