Previously, I was a Manager at Bain & Company and a 2017 MBA graduate of Yale School of Management. At Bain, I had significant experience in technology and retail industries where I spent the majority of my time focused on go-to-market strategy, digital transformation, and op model efficiency work. I also helped lead many D&I efforts at the firm including being one of the leaders of our Blacks at Bain (BABS) SF chapter.My background pre-MBA was a mix of public and private sector work. I was an Education Pioneers Analyst Fellow for Newark Charter School Fund (NCSF) where I focused on expanding and support high-quality public school options for all children in Newark. Previously, I spent five years in the private sector with Willis Group leaving as Assistant Vice President within Willis Financial Solutions working on Structured Trade and Political Risk Insurance transactions for banks and corporate multinationals. I am passionate about mentorship, sports, and making a difference in my community. I have formerly served on the Bay Area Young Executive Board (YEB) of iMentor as Head of Member Engagement as well as Co-Chair for the YEB in NYC.
