As our various teams began to grow and provide a broader service to our increased client base, I became 'Team Leader' to provide more structure and support to our internal teams, as well as a designated point of contact for our candidates and clients.In this role I help support and mentor a very talented team of experienced recruiters, as Carrington West continue our organic growth in to our chosen sectors.

Having undertaken a large internal recruitment campaign to support and service the increased demand for contract and permanent staff from our clients, I progressed to Lead Consultant to help mentor the additional Consultants joining Carrington West.Our offering in the sector increased during this period in the Highways contract market nationwide, as we formed a supplementary team to support some of our busy, regional clients.
