Blayne Rush is an investment banker and business owner with over 28 years of healthcare, real estate and investments experience. His knowledge and expertise is vast in the areas of strategic planning, growth and turnarounds, executive leadership, physician recruitment, P&L, operations, real estate, Ad Volorem taxation, leases and contracts, strategic alliances and transactions, complex negotiations, financial analysis, mediations and arbitrations as well as recruiting and securing top talent. Blayne has worked with over 250 healthcare organizations ranging from physician groups to corporate partners and hospital health systems and well as private equity groups and banks/capital providers. He has been the CEO of a multi-location and integrated oncology physicians group, lead and advised healthcare service organizations' turnaround, stabilization and growth. Blayne has extensive experience with "roll-up" M&A transactions with single and multi-site healthcare services organizations. Blayne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master’s in Health Promotions from McNeese State University where he was a four-year starter and an All-American on the nationally ranked football team. He was named to the McNeese State and Southland Conference All-Decade Teams as well as the McNeese State 75th anniversary Team. Additionally, Blayne also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Amber University and has completed five graduate courses in Mediation and Advanced Negotiations at Southern Methodist University. He holds a graduate executive certificate in the Private Capital Markets from Pepperdine University and is a Certified Valuation Analyst.
