Client facing front office role servicing Midwest based broker dealers and executing brokers-Assist clients in executing and settling transactions on global equities, derivatives, and fixed income markets-Engage daily with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology to execute clients’ short and long-term strategies-Coordinate with clients and exchanges to establish and guarantee new firm traders on equity and option exchanges-Liaise with various internal teams on account creation and trading connectivity set up for new and existing clients-Perform root cause analysis on recurring client issues to identify the source of the issue and work to prevent future recurrence

Client facing middle office position acting as the main point of contact for all operational needs for clients-Liaised with operational teams to clear domestic and international equities, fixed income products, and domestic options-Maintained a partnership with the business to ensure the highest level of client service for our clearing clients-Created and implemented a detailed training program for new joiners to the team across three regions-Supported a futures trading desk, assisting in day to day trading activity across global futures markets

-Mitigated firm’s risk daily by balancing clients’ positions against the Options Clearing Corporation-Ensured proper clearing of US listed options and Canadian listed options for domestic and international clients-Facilitated payment of bills for commission fees from executing brokers for internal clients-Worked daily with Risk and Technology teams to price securities that were not systematically priced from our vendors
