Enforced the safety of 20,000 members weekly, assisted in setting up or facilitating events daily at the YMCA, handling all medical emergencies, handled all conflicts among staff and members, opened and closed the YMCA, key holder, lifeguarded 3 bodies of water and a splash pad, taught swim lessons to all ages, attended monthly staff meetings

Sold hand made Italian shoes to customers. Key holder position where I opened and closed the cabana during the winter season. I also assisted customers with purchases, gift cards and questions. Also attended community events for the company.

Delivered food to residential areas, apartment complexes and businesses. Prepped food for salads, pizzas and other orders. Cleaned store at the end of shift depending if it was a closing shift. Took orders over the phone, in person and over fax and implemented them into the computer system and handled cash when using the register at the store.

Started out as a key holder sales rep who helped open and closed the store and assisted customers with custom cupcake and cake orders. Promoted to making cake pops for the store daily and sometimes for special orders, then promoted to assistant baker for making cupcakes daily. I also helped with hiring new representatives, made the monthly schedules and participated in wedding and community events for the store
